Job Title: Reward Function Specialist

The Reward Function Specialist is a newly created role that will play a key part in supporting the Senior Manager, Group Total Reward in embedding the reward function within SEGA and its studios.

About the Role:
  • This position is responsible for developing and implementing reward strategies to ensure SEGA remains competitive and equitable.
  • You will provide data-driven insights and analysis to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and implementing reward strategies based on data analysis.
  2. Conducting regular benchmarking exercises and participating in annual compensation surveys.
  3. Analysing internal and external compensation data to inform business decisions.
  4. Reviewing and maintaining SEGA's salary ranges to ensure alignment with market data.
  5. Supporting the development of the SEGA Job Architecture/levelling framework.
  6. Collaborating with HR Business Partnering teams for accurate job categorisation and salary positioning.
  7. Analysing internal salary data for equity and compliance.
  8. SUPPORTING PAY REVIEW AND BONUS PROCESSES.
  9. Maintaining compensation data within Workday, including audits and data integrity checks.
  10. Implementing and complying with EU Pay Transparency directives.
  11. Preparing and delivering reports, including Gender Pay Gap reporting.
About You:
  • Proven experience in a reward role with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong communicator with attention to detail and process driven mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with knowledge of the gaming industry an advantage.
