About the Job

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Publishing team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our publishing division, focusing on talent development and culture.

As an HRBP, you will work closely with Line Managers to understand their priorities and provide guidance on performance management, including appraisals, development plans, objective setting, and career development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organisational development and change, talent management, performance management, reward and learning and development. They will also have a deep understanding of UK Employment Law & HR Practices and be comfortable utilising a range of HR systems.

Job Description

  • Deliver a proactive HR service to our publishing division, focusing on talent development and culture.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to become a trusted advisor and guide them on performance & appraisal issues.
  • Collaborate with Line Managers to enhance their engagement and skills in people management.
  • Provide support to managers of all levels and employees around performance management, including appraisals, development plans, objective setting, and career development.
