Senior Payroll and Benefits Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Senior Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to join our team at DiverseJobsMatter. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of our in-house monthly payroll cycle and benefits administration.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing payroll data, processing benefits renewals, uploading reports for our benefits provider, and coordinating onsite days and virtual sessions. You will also communicate benefits to employees, conduct competitor and market research for new benefit providers or offerings, and maintain data integrity between our HR database, payroll system, and benefits provider.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll and benefits administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. They must also have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of UK legislation and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll data and process benefits renewals.
- Upload reports for our benefits provider.
- Coordinate onsite days and virtual sessions.
- Communicate benefits to employees.
- Conduct competitor and market research for new benefit providers or offerings.
- Maintain data integrity between our HR database, payroll system, and benefits provider.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience working within a HR team.
- Previous experience with Gender Pay Gap reporting.
- Knowledge of payrolling benefits (PBIK).
