About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Unilock Ltd. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, or remote access.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge base articles to assist customers and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with product releases, updates, and new features to provide accurate and informed support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or IT environment.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft products, and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience with software development and testing.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English.
