About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Contact Centre team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their travel options and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet and exceed customer service standards and targets
