  • Aim to achieve performance benchmarks for call management, response durations, and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service to foster a positive experience for our clients.
  • Engage in training sessions and team discussions to remain informed about our products and services.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies and protocols during customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Completion of high school education or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call centre environment is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Competence in utilizing computers and CRM systems.
  • Capability to juggle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Positive demeanor and professional attitude.
