Remuneration & Benefits

Key Responsibilities
As a Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for:
  1. Delivering social support by planning and attending outings with individuals, promoting community engagement and social inclusion.
  2. Providing medical support, including administering and monitoring medication, to ensure individuals' health and well-being.
  3. Offering practical support to assist individuals with daily tasks, such as household chores and personal care.
