Caregiver for Vulnerable Children

We are seeking a dedicated Support Practitioner to join CrossReach Children & Family Services. In this position, you will provide high-quality care to children, young people, and their families, in line with our Christian values and SSSC standards.
The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications, such as an HNC in Social Care or SVQ Level 3, and experience in care or education. Essential skills include a person-centred approach, strong communication, and a commitment to professional development.
As a Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for meeting care needs, supporting care planning, and fostering positive relationships using the P.A.C.E. principles.
This role requires upholding our Christian ethos, participating in training, and maintaining accurate records. Membership in the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and registration with SSSC are also essential.
