Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to residents and their families, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Mentor and support colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor to students, helping them develop their skills and confidence.
  • Attend safeguarding training and seek appropriate advice when necessary, prioritising the safety and well-being of our residents.
