Support Practitioner Role

Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this position is £27,000 - £32,000, depending on experience. Responsibilities
As a Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for:
  • Social Support: Assisting individuals to participate in community events and activities, promoting social inclusion and reducing feelings of loneliness.
  • Medical Support: Administering medication and monitoring individuals' health needs, ensuring their well-being and safety.
  • Practical Support: Helping individuals maintain their independence by assisting with daily tasks, such as household chores and personal care.
