Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with SEMH needs in a mainstream primary school setting.
- Work closely with therapists and psychologists to deliver high-quality care and tailored learning support.
- Develop skills valuable for future careers in educational or occupational psychology, therapeutic support, or special education.
Requirements:
- GCSE Maths and English (grade C/4)
- Experience working with children or adults with SEN is an advantage but not essential.
- A proactive, adaptable, and resilient approach to working with challenging behaviours.
- Passion for supporting children's mental health and wellbeing.
