Job Title: Mental Health Specialist Practitioner

At The Dare2Dream Foundation, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Specialist Practitioner to join our team.

Job Summary:

  • Support students in post 16 hubs across Oxfordshire, working closely with the Head of Post 16 to ensure quality of provision and secure outcomes.
  • Provide bespoke education and wellbeing support to enhance the lives of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality learning and pastoral support to young people in post 16 provision.
  • Develop and implement individual learning plans, using a range of teaching methods and resources.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective safeguarding procedures and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in mental health, counselling, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with children and young people, particularly those with complex needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with young people and their families.
