Health and Safety Specialist Role

We are UPS, the world's largest package delivery company. We are looking for a full-time Health and Safety Specialist to join our team based in the UK.

Your key responsibilities will include Health and Safety data management, analysis, and reporting for the business unit you work with. You will be responsible for performing data entry, data mining, queries, and audits for the Health and Safety function. This position creates and distributes Health and Safety reports, ensuring data is accurate, current, and available on Health and Safety portals.

You will assist the staff with special projects and regulatory safety compliance reports. Key responsibilities include:

  • Health and Safety data management, analysis, and reporting
  • Data entry, data mining, queries, and audits
  • Creating and distributing Health and Safety reports
  • Assisting with special projects and regulatory safety compliance reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
  • Experience demonstrating proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Products (Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Able to work flexible shift hours
