Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SENCO to join our team and lead SEND provision in one of our partner schools.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Implement and evaluate SEND strategies to improve pupil outcomes
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to provide high-quality SEND provision
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents/carers, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures related to SEND

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Possession of or willingness to undertake training in SENDCo role
  • Strong knowledge of SEND legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: £42,500 - £45,000 per annum
