Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Director to join our team at Verto People. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our sales team in achieving revenue and profit targets while ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Support the Sales Team: You will lead and support the sales team in achieving revenue and profit targets while ensuring operational efficiency.
- Align Sales Strategies: You will align sales strategies with company goals and objectives in collaboration with the UK Managing Director.
- Develop Relationships: You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners to offer comprehensive industrial cleaning technology solutions.
- Strengthen Company Presence: You will strengthen the company's presence in the industrial product sectors by delivering tailored, high-performance solutions.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador: You will act as a brand ambassador, embodying industrial engineering Technologies' commitment to quality and innovation.
- Liaise with Engineering Departments: You will liaise with various engineering departments.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: You will have a proven track record in people management within sales, ideally related to mechanical engineering products such as pumps, valves, compressors, filters, heat exchangers, tanks, conveyors, gearboxes, instrumentation, actuators, or other industrial machinery.
- Experience in Sectors: You will have experience in sectors such as process, chemical, food and beverage, or similar.
- Leadership Abilities: You will have strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated capability to inspire and drive a team focused on process machinery products, including pumps, valves, automation, and related technologies.
- Technical Degree: A technical degree in mechanical engineering would be beneficial.
- Commutable to Oxford: You will be commutable to the office near Oxford.
