Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Ensure all care staff adhere to CQC guidelines and provide exceptional care to residents.
- Promote and deliver high standards of care, supervising and instructing less experienced staff.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Previous experience working in an elderly care setting.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and well-organised.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Dependable, able to work well under pressure, and flexible to meet the needs of the care home.
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.50.
- Annual salary up to £30,888.
