Clinical Senior Care Assistant

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Dovehaven Lodge, a nursing home catering for up to 112 residents. As a Clinical Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the care team and ensuring that care staff adhere to CQC guidelines while providing exceptional levels of care to residents.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the care team and supervise less experienced staff to ensure high standards of care are maintained
* Promote and deliver high standards of care to residents
* Ensure that care staff are adhering to CQC guidelines
* Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of residents

**Requirements**

* Excellent communication and written skills
* Previous experience working within an elderly care setting
* Self-motivated, resilient, and well-organized
* Team player with the ability to work on your own initiative
* Dependable and able to work well under pressure
* Previous supervisory experience within a care/nursing home setting and experience of working with the elderly
