Senior Clinical Training Specialist

About the Role
HCRG Care Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Trainer to join our team in the North West area. As a Senior Clinical Trainer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering engaging training sessions and competency assessments for various audiences.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of healthcare professionals, focusing on work-based training and blended learning approaches.
- Ensure internal quality assurance of clinical and quality and safety learning interventions, maintaining up-to-date course information and making necessary modifications.
- Develop and implement a modern, blended learning approach using digital tools and virtual assessments, tailoring learning delivery to different environments and learning styles.
- Conduct training needs analyses to identify and address learning demands, reviewing and analyzing the effectiveness of training programs.
- Manage workload with strong planning, organizational, and time management skills, ensuring efficient delivery of training programs.
