About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Trainer to join our team at HCRG Care Group. As a Senior Clinical Trainer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering engaging training sessions and competency assessments for various audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our clients and staff.
  • Deliver training sessions and assessments that are engaging, interactive, and effective.
  • Conduct training needs analyses to identify and address learning demands.
  • Review and analyze the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary modifications.
  • Manage workload with strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
