You will contribute to the implementation, development, and evaluation of the service, working closely with the consultant clinical psychologist, MDT colleagues, and key stakeholders. You will also provide integrated multidisciplinary care across the cancer specialist pathways and develop and engage in audit and research within the pathway to further the development of the pathway.

You will have a strong background in clinical or counselling psychology, with further training or experience in the specialist field. You will also have experience of working with patients with a wide range of psychological problems, including community mental health and long-term health conditions.

You will be a registered practitioner with the regulatory body, such as the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) or the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). You will also have experience of teaching, training, and/or supervision, and be able to work flexibly across the cancer alliance as required.
