Senior Clinical Psychologist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological assessment and treatment to clients across a range of care settings, including outpatient, community, primary care, and inpatient settings.

Key Requirements
  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of clients across a range of care settings.
  • Ability to work with a wide variety of client groups, across the whole life course, presenting problems that reflect the full range of clinical severity.
Skills and Qualities
  • Ability to teach and train others, using a variety of complex multi-media materials.
  • Ability to identify and employ mechanisms of clinical governance to support and maintain clinical practice.
  • Ability to self-reflect and use clinical supervision appropriately.
