Senior Clinical Psychologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Preston East Adult Community Mental Health Team.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team of Clinical Psychologists and Psychological Therapists, working across Central and West Lancashire. We offer opportunities for professional development, personal interests, and clinical supervision.

Key Duties
  • Conduct specialist psychological assessments and treatments in various care settings.
  • Work with diverse client groups across the lifespan, presenting with a range of clinical severity.
  • Exercise full clinical responsibility for client care and treatment, as a care co-ordinator and within multidisciplinary care plans.
Requirements
  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent.
  • Experience in specialist psychological assessment and treatment.
  • Ability to teach and train others, and identify clinical governance mechanisms.
