Clinical Senior Care Assistant

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage the care team and ensure adherence to CQC guidelines
* Provide exceptional care to residents
* Supervise and instruct less experienced staff
* Promote high standards of care
* Contribute to the overall well-being of residents
**Requirements:**
* NVQ level 2 in health & social care
* Previous experience working in an elderly care setting
* Self-motivated, resilient, and well-organized
* Team player with ability to work independently
* Dependable and flexible
* Previous supervisory experience in a care/nursing home setting
