Senior Care Assistant Nights Longridge Hall CareHome

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Longridge Hall CareHome. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional person-centered care to our residents, ensuring a warm, happy, and homely environment is maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:- Support our residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and getting involved with daily activities
- Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents
- Support our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focused on their individual hobbies, preferences, and abilities
- Maintain high standards within the care home environment
- Senior-level duties to support the Home Manager, which may involve staff supervision, appraisals, record-keeping, liaising with outside professionals, and interviewing
