**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage the care team and ensure adherence to CQC guidelines

• Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the overall well-being of residents

**Requirements:**

• NVQ level 2 in health & social care is essential

• Previous experience working within an elderly care setting

• Self-motivated, resilient, and well-organized

• Team player with the ability to work on your own initiative

• Dependable and able to work well under pressure

• Previous supervisory experience within a care/nursing home setting and experience of working with the elderly
