Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing staff
• Supervise and delegate tasks to ensure the delivery of holistic care to patients
• Participate in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Act as a role model in the delivery of care, ensuring the highest standards are maintained
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of palliative care services
