We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in Bridgend. This role offers the opportunity to earn up to £21.34 per hour, providing specialist healthcare services for individuals with mental health problems.

About the Role

This position involves supporting trained nurses in delivering direct care for patients within a forensic mental health setting. You will provide therapeutic care and support to patients, observing and monitoring their conditions, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar setting, along with Practical Manual Handling & PMVA/PBM training.

In this role, you will be working with a team of Sisters, including a dedicated unit manager, to deliver high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing therapeutic care and support to patients
  • Observing and monitoring patient conditions
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient care

Requirements
