Main Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop specialist nursing care programmes for patients with cardiac conditions

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement education and training programmes for staff and students
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse educated to Degree level or willingness to undertake
  • Evidence of continuous professional development
