We are a fast-growing law firm, always looking for ways to improve and expand our services. This is why we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to join our team. As part of our Business Development & Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and success.

About the Job
  1. Strategic Planning
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and success.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Project Management
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and resources.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with access to an extensive range of benefits via our flexible benefits scheme, including 25 days' holiday (which will increase to 30 days based on length of service) and private medical insurance.
