About the role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Lavazza Professional in Scotland. As a key member of our Local Sales Team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and increasing overall drinks throughputs in your territory.


Key responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase drinks throughputs
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local market, including customer needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:


  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Strong understanding of the local market and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
