Business Development Manager

About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Lavazza Professional in Scotland. As a key member of our Local Sales Team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and increasing overall drinks throughputs in your territory.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase drinks throughputs
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local market, including customer needs and preferences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales
- Strong understanding of the local market and customer needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
