Business Development Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at beBee Professionals in Newcastle under Lyme. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, developing strategies to meet client needs, and identifying new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base and pursue them aggressively.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
