Business Partnership Executive

RCM Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Partnership Executive to join their team in Stoke-on-Trent. As a Business Partnership Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with retail partners. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, managing existing partnerships, and developing strategies to increase sales performance. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and events, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions. This is a full-time position offering a salary of £40,000-£43,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new retail partnerships to drive sales growth
- Manage and monitor the performance of existing partnerships to ensure they meet sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve product mix and profitability
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and events
- Analyze sales data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business partnership development or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform business decisions
- Proficient in using MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to undertake travel as required
