Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships. You'll work closely with our senior management team to prepare sales reports and forecasts, and identify areas for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
  • New Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Sales Performance: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and potential opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our team to achieve business objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success.

Requirements

  • Background: Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales role, with a strong understanding of CRM software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

What We Offer

  • Salary: A competitive base salary with commissions and bonuses (£32,000 - £42,000 per annum), and the potential to earn up to £58,000 per annum based on performance.
