Sales Engineer for Electronics Solutions Job Description:

Redline Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer for Electronics Solutions to join their team in Blackburn. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue increase.

About the Role:

This role involves working closely with the Design Team to understand customer requirements and providing bespoke solutions that meet their needs. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets\
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions\
  • Work collaboratively with the Design Team to develop innovative electronics solutions\
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends\
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and market intelligence\

Salary and Benefits:
