About the Role:

We are looking for a Community Outreach Manager to join our team in the Central Region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Connect Outdoors project, which aims to inspire and educate people about the importance of wild places.

You will work closely with our Regional Delivery Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of the project and achieve its objectives.

In this role, you will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating project data, creating surveys and impact reports, and taking proactive measures to mitigate risks and ensure the safety and well-being of all participants and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating the Connect Outdoors project, including planning and delivery.
  • Supporting project coordination, including ensuring smooth delivery of the project.
  • Leading the collection, analysis and reporting on project data.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants and staff.

Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience. The salary range reflects the trust's commitment to fair pay and benefits.
