Inclusion and Diversity Support Specialist

About the Role:
Sacro is seeking a motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as an Inclusion and Diversity Support Specialist. This role will involve working with offenders and/or in a social care setting, providing non-judgmental support with good interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to meet changing service needs, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver intensive support packages to individuals in Glasgow, Dundee, Aberdeen, Ayrshire, Edinburgh, and the Lothians.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to help individuals overcome challenges.
- Work closely with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to supporting individuals.
Requirements:
- PVG membership is essential for this role, with the cost covered by Sacro.
- A valid driving license and access to a car are required due to the nature of the position.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
