Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing valet performance across various branches throughout Scotland, ensuring excellent standards are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage valet performance across multiple locations.
  • Train and mentor valet staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to meet company standards.
  • Write detailed reports on valet performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A full, clean driving licence with a minimum of one year's experience.
  • Previous coaching and training experience.
  • An understanding of Microsoft Excel.
