Salary and Benefits

As a Community Outreach Worker, you can expect a competitive salary of £24,374 - £25,687 per annum (£12.50 - £13.17 p/h equivalent). Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Community Outreach Worker to join our team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our Penumbra 365 service, you will work closely with local communities to promote wellbeing and provide supportive interventions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, or nursing)
  • proven experience in community outreach and support
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
