Supportive Educator for Children with Special Needs

Ribbons and Reeves Limited is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team of professionals working in schools across Barnet.
About the Opportunity:- This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday (8:30am-4:00pm)
- The salary for this role is £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, equivalent to £100-£110 per day
- You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to children with SEN
- Provide individualized support to children with special educational needs in inclusive classroom settings
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, parents, and school staff
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized learning plans
- You will need previous experience working with children, ideally supporting those with additional needs
- A calm, patient, and understanding approach is essential when working with children with SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
- Work in a supportive and collaborative team environment
- Gained experience and grow your career in education
- Make a positive impact on the lives of children with special needs
The estimated salary for this role is approximately £24,250, based on a 37-hour week and 52 weeks per year.
