SEN Teaching Assistant Role
Become a key member of our team and support children with special educational needs in Barnet. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work directly with students, helping them thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment.

About the Role:
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm
Payscale: £90-£100 per hour ( PAYE)

We are seeking candidates with prior experience working with children, preferably supporting those with needs such as Autism and ADHD. You will need to demonstrate patience, understanding, and a proactive approach to helping students overcome challenges and reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students with special educational needs in a classroom setting.
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and implementation.
  • Developing strategies to engage students and promote learning.
