Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to join our team at Circle Internet Services Inc. in San Francisco.

This is a high-impact role for a sales professional who wants to drive growth and expansion within our largest accounts.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a strategy for identifying, crafting, and closing sales opportunities within a strategic segment of customers.

As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will leverage your knowledge of the DevOps ecosystem and technical concepts to present value-based solutions to decision-makers in Engineering departments across various verticals.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to influence product roadmap based on market and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategy for identifying and expanding sales opportunities within strategic accounts.
  • Leverage Challenger and MEDDPICC sales methodologies to craft compelling value-based solutions.
  • Use data and insights to overcome objections and close deals.
  • Manage evaluations/POCs, contract negotiations, and customer relationships.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal partners, including solution engineers, customer success, and product managers.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of SAE sales experience selling technical products to large enterprise customers.
  • Curiosity for the DevOps ecosystem and familiarity with technical concepts.
  • Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas with a curated account list of Fortune 100 or 500 accounts.
  • Experience growing existing accounts and opening net new accounts.
  • Experience selling to Engineering Leadership (CTO, VP of Eng, DevOps Leaders, etc.).

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
