We are seeking an accomplished Employee Relations Manager to join our esteemed HR team at Four Recruitment Ltd. As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert guidance on ER-related issues, enhancing employee-manager relationships.

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record in ER and possess excellent stakeholder relationship-building skills.

Compensation: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (pro rata), based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality employee relations services, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Attend HR meetings and contribute to shaping organisational policies.
  • Design and implement engaging training programmes on ER topics.
  • Maintain confidential and accurate records of ER cases, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for ER process improvements and propose policy enhancements.
  • Stay current with employment law developments and industry best practices.

This part-time position demands flexibility and some travel may be required within designated days.
