Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Service Excellence Manager to join our team at BAE Systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Employee Relations Centre of Excellence team, ensuring its day-to-day operations run efficiently and effectively.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational planning and budgeting for the Employee Relations Centre of Excellence, ensuring alignment with approved headcount and financial goals.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communications plan to strengthen the profile of the Employee Relations Centre of Excellence.
  • Collaborate with senior Employee Relations leaders to gather feedback on service improvement opportunities and support demand and resource planning.
  • Analyse data to generate actionable insights and recommendations, fulfilling reporting requirements on Employee Relations Centre of Excellence activities.
  • Work with employee voice channels to gather both quantitative and qualitative feedback on Employee Relations services and the labour relations landscape across the organisation.
  • Coordinate key Employee Relations Centre of Excellence-wide activities, such as talent reviews and stakeholder meetings.
