Job Overview: Employee Relations Expert

FFR in Preston is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Expert to join our team. As an ER Expert, you will play a critical role in supporting employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and producing HR reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice and support on all HR-related matters.
  • Developing and implementing new HR policies as needed.
  • Liaising with internal employees and external providers on employee benefits and payroll queries.
  • Supporting business objectives through HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in a generalist HR role is essential.
  • Qualification to level 3 or 5 CIPD is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and an excellent work ethic are required.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.

Benefits: This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week being required in the office.
