Job Summary: We are looking for an Employee Relations Operations Lead to join our team at BAE Systems. As an experienced professional in Employee Relations, you will be responsible for managing the operational planning and budget for the Employee Relations Centre of Excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operational planning and budget for the Employee Relations Centre of Excellence, ensuring alignment with approved headcount and financial goals
  • Coordinate key Employee Relations Centre of Excellence-wide activities, such as talent reviews, team briefings, and stakeholder meetings, ensuring actions and commitments are delivered effectively
