We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Business Operations Manager, driving operational excellence and achieving outstanding customer service.

This role involves overseeing the smooth running of our operation, helping to achieve challenging objectives around Cost, Health & Safety, Security, Productivity, and Transport.

  1. You will develop and implement strategies to recruit, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring compliance with Employee Relations processes.
  2. Manage Profit & Loss through effective planning and reporting, driving business growth and improvement.
  3. Analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  4. Cover 5 shifts, including weekends, as our depots operate 365 days a year, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the business.
  5. A UK driving licence is essential for this role.
