About the Opportunity

Permanent Futures is seeking an experienced Training Excellence Lead to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, this role will focus on developing and implementing training programmes that drive business results and improve employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Learning and Development Leadership role, ideally within a FMCG | Food manufacturing industry. They will work closely with the Divisional L&D Head to implement various training projects and lead the site apprenticeship scheme.

This role requires strong leadership skills, as the incumbent will be responsible for direct impact on the site performance and site culture. Reporting to the Head of HR, they will oversee and implement new training programmes and initiatives across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing training programmes that drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Leading, coaching and developing the site training team.
  • Leading the site apprenticeship scheme.
  • Working with the Divisional L&D Head to implement various training projects.

You Will Need:

  • Prior experience in a Learning and Development Leadership role, ideally within a FMCG | Food manufacturing industry.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
