Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to take on the technical leadership of Criticality Safety Assessment within NNL and develop our capability in this area. As a Criticality Safety Expert, you will enhance technical skills within the Criticality area, support the development of team members' skills, and lead activities to establish NNL's national reputation in criticality safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead criticality safety delivery of projects to time, cost, quality, value, and service requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with safety, technical, and delivery teams, as well as customers and external specialists.
  • Shape, guide, and review project technical delivery to ensure objectives are met.
  • Direct and supervise other criticality consultants, providing advice, training, and inspection services.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities for the team, including technical support to bids.
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge in the field of criticality safety assessment.
  • Strong networking skills, maintaining networks across the criticality field nationally.
  • Ability to lead teams and individuals, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
