Delkia seeks a Mission Critical Technology Specialist to join our Research Technology and Innovation Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in leading the development of our autonomy capability, ensuring technology developments meet safety, environmental, security regulations, and best practices.

This role involves working closely with senior engineers or managers to plan and organize research tasks, interface with suppliers, partners, and customers, and deliver against assigned tasks. A sound grasp of autonomy and mission systems is essential for this role, although we welcome applications from candidates who feel they can demonstrate the aptitude to grow into the position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technology solutions in accordance with requirements/knowledge objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research and development activities.

Requirements:

  • Engineering, Computing Science, or Mathematics qualification with degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deliver technology solutions in accordance with requirements/knowledge objectives.
  • Resilience to uncertainty
  • Interest and evident skills in technology research and/or demonstration
