As a Graduate Engineer - Safety-Critical Systems, you will be part of our dynamic team that focuses on great outcomes for our customers through passion, belief, and a better way of working. You will ensure compliance with client specifications and engineering standards, as well as local domain policy and procedures.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with client specifications and engineering standards, as well as local domain policy and procedures.
  • Understand the technical quality of complex fit-for-purpose engineering systems.
  • Maintain lifecycle and maturity management.
  • Generate and update technical documentation to the client's specification.
  • Participate in Design and System Level Reviews, ensuring that subsequent design meets project and client requirements.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of data and information received from clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified to degree level in an appropriate STEM discipline.
  • Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and high numeracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong teamworking skills with ability to motivate others and lead or manage teams and projects.
  • Flexibility and ability to compromise.
  • Willingness to accept responsibility and make decisions.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Understanding of and ability to work with high-level computer technology.

Please note that the total estimated annual salary range is £50,400 - £75,600 including bonuses.
