As a Graduate Engineer - Safety-Critical Systems, you will be part of our dynamic team that focuses on great outcomes for our customers through passion, belief, and a better way of working. You will ensure compliance with client specifications and engineering standards, as well as local domain policy and procedures.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with client specifications and engineering standards, as well as local domain policy and procedures.
- Understand the technical quality of complex fit-for-purpose engineering systems.
- Maintain lifecycle and maturity management.
- Generate and update technical documentation to the client's specification.
- Participate in Design and System Level Reviews, ensuring that subsequent design meets project and client requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of data and information received from clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualified to degree level in an appropriate STEM discipline.
- Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent critical thinking skills and high numeracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong teamworking skills with ability to motivate others and lead or manage teams and projects.
- Flexibility and ability to compromise.
- Willingness to accept responsibility and make decisions.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Understanding of and ability to work with high-level computer technology.

Please note that the total estimated annual salary range is £50,400 - £75,600 including bonuses.
